For International Customers
Regarding Duties/Taxes for the MADE IN JAPAN™ Collection

For products outside of our MADE IN JAPAN™ Collection, customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees generally do not apply.

However, items from the MADE IN JAPAN™ Collection are shipped directly from Japan.
Depending on your country’s customs regulations, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may be charged upon delivery.
Please note that these fees are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer.

If a customer refuses to pay customs duties, import taxes, or any related fees, we do not offer refunds or reshipment.
Please note that, in most cases for international shipments, if customs charges are refused, the package may be abandoned or disposed of by the shipping carrier or customs authorities.

As a growing independent brand, we are currently unable to cover these additional costs.
However, as we continue to expand, we plan to establish regional distribution centers to help reduce or eliminate these extra fees in the future.
