Our store ships orders from both domestic and overseas warehouses. Normally, orders are shipped within 5 business days after payment has been confirmed.
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped and delivered separately, one by one.

Please note: The above shipping time is an estimate. Shipments may be delayed if defects are found during inspection or if we receive a high volume of orders. Shipping may also take longer during major holidays such as New Year or warehouse holiday periods. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping fees vary by country. Please check at checkout.
※Free shipping for orders over ¥15,000 in Japan and ¥45,000 outside of Japan.

■ Cancellations / Returns / Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences.

■ Long Absence / Incorrect Address
If you are not available at the time of delivery, please request a redelivery using the missed delivery notice. If the package is not collected within the storage period due to absence or incorrect address, it will automatically be returned to the international shipping carrier and disposed of. Please make sure to receive your order within the designated period.

Please ensure your address is entered correctly.

  • Omission of street numbers or apartment/room numbers may result in a return due to “unknown address.”

  • If an item is disposed of due to incorrect or incomplete address information, we cannot provide compensation, and the full order amount will still be charged to the customer.

■ Important Notes

  1. If stock cannot be secured, we will notify you by email.

  2. We cannot accept changes to color or size after an order has been placed.

The following returns or exchanges cannot be accepted:

  • Customer reasons such as size change, different color, different image, or measurement differences.

  • Items with odors, stains, or that have been tried on or washed.

  • Items more than 8 days after delivery.

  1. If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item:

  • If a defective item or incorrect product is delivered, we will arrange a return or exchange for the correct item.
